About the Role
As a Property Technician with us, you'll have a varied and stimulating job with significant personal responsibility. You'll work both practically and problem-solving across the Stockholm area, with tasks including: Maintenance, repairs, and installation work; Assisting tenants with orders and troubleshooting; Preventive supervision and management to ensure safe and sustainable operations. We work closely with our customers and strive to continuously develop property maintenance. Here, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role - we consistently invest in skills development and training for our staff.

Requirements/Qualifications
• 3-year vocational high school diploma with at least 2 years of practical experience as a property technician, or
• 2-year Higher Vocational Education degree in Property Technology or equivalent
• Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written
• Very good computer skills and administrative ability, as all reporting is done digitally
• Class B driver's license
Merits
• Certificates in Fall Protection, First Aid, Hot Work
• Knowledge of plumbing, control, and monitoring systems
• Further education in electrical, plumbing, or safe water systems
