Job Responsibilities
As a property technician, you will work closely with customers. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance tasks
• Installations
• Property inspections
• Operational optimizations
• Driving smaller improvement projects
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• High school diploma
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Office
• B driver's license
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
As a property technician, you are an engaged problem-solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and a strong focus on service. You take initiative, appreciate freedom with responsibility, and always work with a humble and attentive approach towards both customers and colleagues. You are unpretentious, proactive, and social, and you enjoy the role of property technician where collaboration is key.
The role involves close collaboration within the team between property managers and property technicians, which means that you may also participate in external property management work as needed.
