Job Responsibilities
As a Property Technician, you will work closely with the customer. It is your responsibility to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your tasks will include, among others:
• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property inspections
• Operational optimizations
• Driving smaller improvement projects
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Secondary education
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system proficiency
• Proficient in Office
• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
As a Property Technician with us, you are an engaged problem solver who enjoys having many points of contact and a clear service mindset. With your good collaborative skills, you create strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, and you have a humble and positive approach in your daily work.
In this role, you will spend about 50 percent of your working time with one of our largest customers, where you play an important role in ensuring technical operations. The work includes daily supervision, troubleshooting, and overall responsibility for the property's technical functions. You will be a key person on site, which requires both technical competence, good service ability, and a professional demeanor.
