PropTech Energy is a group consisting of nine innovative and expanding companies, including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS Operation and Maintenance, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual point interventions, entirely based on the customer's needs. We are present in about 30 locations across the country and have a total of approximately 600 employees.

Job Responsibilities
As a property technician, you will work closely with the customer. It is your responsibility to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your tasks will include, among others:
• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property inspections
• Operational optimizations
• Driving smaller improvement projects
• External property maintenance
Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes
• High school education
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system proficiency
• Proficient in Office
• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
As a property technician, you are an engaged problem solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and a strong focus on service. You take initiative, enjoy freedom with responsibility, and always work with a humble and attentive attitude towards both customers and colleagues. You are unpretentious, forward-thinking, and social, and you thrive in the role of property technician where collaboration is key.
The role involves close collaboration within the team between property caretakers and property technicians, which means that you may also participate in external property maintenance work as needed.
