About the Role We are now seeking an experienced property technician with a genuine interest in technology for our office in Östersund. In this role, you will: • Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in properties. • Identify and address operational disruptions while ensuring reliable technical systems. • Participate in planning and implementing preventive maintenance. • Conduct inspections and address any deficiencies or deviations. • Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure efficient and sustainable operations. • Provide professional service and contribute to good customer relationships. About You We are looking for someone with a structured approach, technical knowledge, and the desire to deliver high quality. We prefer candidates who have: • Education in property technology, installation technology, or equivalent. • Experience with technical maintenance and property operations. • Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, ventilation, and/or control and regulation systems. • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Driving license, category B (requirement). Meritorious: • Lift certification, fall protection training, and/or electrical training.
