Property Technician - Increased Basic Staffing

WORK TASKS Your primary tasks will involve maintenance, care, and handling of defects in municipal properties, such as schools, preschools, and elderly care facilities. We work with order-driven operations. This is a property technician position, which means you will work rotatively in different property teams across the entire operations department and be placed where the need is greatest. Common work tasks include: • Interior and exterior maintenance and repair of properties • Inspection and maintenance of locks, doors, windows, and carpentry • Inspection and replacement of light sources, both interior and exterior • Addressing drain blockages, leaking faucets, etc. • White goods, repair and replacement • Preventive maintenance The position also includes tasks such as: • Corrective and preventive operational and maintenance work, and developing improvement and action proposals • Assisting property managers with maintenance planning, ongoing contact with contractors and customers, and monitoring contractor work Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
