Your Responsibilities As a property technician, you'll work extensively with both preventive and corrective property maintenance. The role includes: • Daily property inspections and monitoring • Handling and following up on maintenance requests • Communicating with tenants, contractors, and clients • Ongoing operational and maintenance work, including minor repairs • Key and access system management You'll often plan your own days and have significant responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient work in your assigned area. Who We're Seeking We're looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent service. You should be comfortable in a role with daily human interactions and the ability to take initiative. Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, property management, or similar fields is preferred. To succeed in this role, you need to: • Be service-minded and self-motivated • Speak and write Swedish fluently (English is a plus) • Hold a valid driver's license (B-license) • Be comfortable with computers and digital work tools Previous experience as a property technician, service technician, operations technician, or property caretaker is merit but not required – your attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
