Property Technician

ISS has initiated an exciting new collaboration with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners! We are now seeking a Property Technician with an interest in technology and service! As a Property Technician, you play a crucial role in the daily operations and maintenance of our client's properties. You will be part of a team that supports each other, which means tasks may include outdoor environments, office, and workplace services. Job Responsibilities: • Supervision, patrol, maintenance, and corrective repairs of technical installations in client properties • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections • Identifying deficiencies and developing proposals for preventive actions and maintenance • Communicating with customers, side, and subcontractors Your location will be at the client's site in Jordbro. This is a full-time, permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with relevant education and several years of experience in property operations, maintenance, and upkeep. You are a team player who also enjoys making independent decisions. We also value someone who is communicative and solution-oriented, technically inclined, and proficient in IT, particularly the Office suite, property, and case management systems. Certification in fire alarm/sprinkler systems maintenance is a plus. You understand and speak Swedish at a basic level. Knowledge of English is advantageous.
