Property Services Gotland
The property management department of the Technical Administration manages the region's building stock, which includes hospitals, schools, preschools, administrative offices, etc. Our main task is to ensure that the region's administrations and external customers have suitable premises at the lowest possible cost.
The unit's property technicians are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the regional building stock on Gotland. The unit also performs supplementary work in the areas of construction, electrical, and plumbing.
Your Responsibilities
As a property technician, you will be part of a well-established team with a strong sense of camaraderie, knowledge, and experience. You will have the opportunity to work and develop in your role as a property technician with supervision, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs, planning, installation, creating technical descriptions of installations, and new installations. The position is primarily focused on work in Klintehamn, but assignments may occur throughout Gotland. The role also includes performing operational-related services within the area of expertise on behalf of our internal operations.
On-call work may be included in the position.
Who Are You?
We expect you to have some form of documented relevant education and experience in the tasks described above or similar ones. Relevant experience in the field is a requirement. A valid driver's license (B) is required for the job.
Specialized skills in control and regulation, ventilation, or refrigeration technology are considered extra advantageous.
You should be able to work independently and be proactive, but also have an easy time collaborating. Taking responsibility in your assignments and the ability to manage customer contacts are important to us. Good computer skills are required to manage our assignments through the work order system and to handle our administrative support systems. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
