Property Technician

About the Position In the role of property technician, you will be based in Södertälje and work with an engaged team, with ongoing responsibility for operations, operational optimization, and corrective maintenance for approximately 300 apartments. You will contribute to the region's total results and play an important role in ensuring Sveafastigheter lives up to its core values of long-term, present, innovative, and business-oriented. Your work tasks may include: • Receiving, managing, and addressing fault reports • Routine rounds and inspections • Ordering and follow-up of repairs and maintenance measures • Supervision of plumbing-related systems • Apartment inspections • Management of interior and exterior environments • Property energy optimization Requirements for the Position To thrive with us, we believe you appreciate the combination of technology, service, and personal responsibility. Formal Requirements: • High school education in technology – preferably with a focus on plumbing, control systems, or electrical • Several years of work experience in the property industry or similar • Class B driver's license • Basic IT skills • Very good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Basic English language skills, both verbal and written We consider previous experience as a property or operations technician to be meritorious.
