Currently, we have a team of 69 employees working within the company. Most employees work in our housing areas close to our tenants, while others operate from our offices located in Kinna and Örby. A variety of professional categories are represented within our team, but regardless of job role, we all share the same vision of creating safe and pleasant homes for everyone, in collaboration with our tenants and partners. Would you like to become one of our property caretakers and work in one of our areas in Kinna - Marks municipality? Are you flexible and able to collaborate easily with different people? Are you independent and knowledgeable in property maintenance with a broad skill set? If so, you will thrive with us! As a Property Caretaker with us, you will work both indoors and outdoors, having daily contact with our tenants. Our tenants will appreciate your efforts, which is reflected in our continuously measured customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team of property caretakers who collaboratively plan your tasks for the day and week. You will work both independently and alongside your colleagues, reporting directly to our Property Service Manager. YOUR COMPETENCE We believe you have some experience in similar operations and/or tasks, and it is an advantage if you possess training as a property caretaker or similar.
