Heimstaden is now seeking an experienced and service-oriented Property Caretaker for our office in Lund, and we hope you are the one we're looking for!

We currently own and manage approximately 1,700 rental apartments in Lund, including Arlöv. Additionally, we have Råbylund just outside Lund, which is our new construction project.
Job Responsibilities
You'll start each morning at the office before heading out to properties to inspect cleanliness and appearance, addressing maintenance requests from tenants. One of your most important tasks is to facilitate tenant experiences by resolving their problems.
Regular property inspections, known as rounds, are another crucial part of the work where you address discovered issues and ensure fire safety requirements are met. Other responsibilities include purchasing materials, reviewing invoices, and conducting inspections as needed. We use mobile work orders to manage and administer assignments through a mobile/tablet application, and you will be responsible for multiple properties.
Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or vocational education, preferably in property management, property technology, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Previous experience as a Property Caretaker / Property Technician / Caretaker is highly meritorious
• Good computer skills and proficiency with digital tools
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional language skills are strongly advantageous, as our tenants come from all corners of the world)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
