About the Position
As Property Caretaker at FinFast, you'll have a varied and independent role where you are responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our properties, both inside and outside. You are an important part of our team and a reliable contact for our tenants.
You will, among other things:
• Manage daily supervision, rounds, and property operations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Contribute to maintenance planning and long-term property care
• Have daily contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
You will plan your workdays within given frameworks and have great freedom to take your own initiatives.
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone who is practically oriented, service-minded, and has an eye for what needs to be done. You are comfortable working independently but also thrive in a team. As FinFast's public face, you are attentive, communicative, and adept at building good relationships. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a strong sense of order. Taking initiative and handling multiple tasks simultaneously comes naturally to you.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Experience in construction or property maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, cooling, heating, or ventilation systems is considered meritorious
• Class B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

FinFast is a local property company with its heart in Örebro. The company was formed for a housing fair in 1992 and has since grown to encompass 700 residential apartments and 14 premises with a total area of 50,100 square meters. Today, we are 9 employees who together create secure and well-maintained living environments for our tenants. Our shared office is located in Ladugårdsängen – close to both our properties and our tenants.
