Coor is currently seeking a property caretaker for their office in Uppsala. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the properties function optimally and that tenants are satisfied. You will work with corrective and preventive maintenance, handle service requests, and play a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction. The position involves both independent work and collaboration within a team, with a focus on service and practical solutions. The assignment is initially set to run from February to April 2026, with the possibility of extension. RESPONSIBILITIES This role encompasses a wide range of tasks aimed at maintaining the functionality and standards of the properties, as well as ensuring a high level of service for the tenants. The work ranges from technical supervision and maintenance to handling fault reports and customer interactions. * Perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective repairs in properties and outdoor environments. * Manage fault reports and service requests via digital systems. * Carry out minor repairs in areas such as ventilation, plumbing, electrical work, and locks. * Conduct rounds and regular checks of technical installations. * Drive proactive and preventive maintenance efforts to minimize disruptions. * Actively communicate with tenants, clients, suppliers, and contractors. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has experience as a property caretaker, operations technician, or janitor. - Possesses a good technical understanding and practical troubleshooting skills. - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have - Certification or training in property technology, plumbing, or electrical work. - Relevant certifications such as fall protection training, hot work, or facility management for fire alarms.
