Property Manager, with immediate start.

JRF Mark AB is one of the leading companies in Norrort Stockholm specializing in high-quality land and property maintenance as well as landscaping. JRF is committed to long-term trust-based assignments in both the private and public sectors, such as commercial properties, industrial properties, municipalities, and housing cooperatives. JRF had a turnover of approximately 75 million SEK in 2024/2025 and employs around 45 staff members. We are now expanding our property maintenance division and are looking for: Property Maintenance Technician, to start as soon as possible. We are seeking an individual with experience in both internal and external property maintenance who wants to contribute to the ongoing development of our operations and internal property maintenance services. You are eager to find new exciting challenges and enjoy driving projects from start to finish. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing planned internal and external maintenance according to agreements, as well as corrective actions. The work will be conducted both independently and as part of a team, which requires good initiative and collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who has a property maintenance/technical education and/or experience as a property maintenance technician or equivalent. You must possess a manual B driver's license, have good computer skills, and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new assignments.
