We are seeking an experienced property maintenance technician for our company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in carpentry, construction, maintenance, and repairs. Work tasks include property care and maintenance, repairs, carpentry and construction work, basic and plumbing services as needed, as well as overseeing properties and common areas. You will also interact with tenants and contractors.
We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance and construction work, who is independent, meticulous, and responsible. Forklift and lift operator certifications are advantageous, and we value good service orientation and collaborative skills.
