KLARABO in Sundsvall is urgently seeking a Property Manager for a short-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

The company’s newly constructed homes are self-developed and space-efficient, contributing to reasonable rents. Both apartments and the design of the houses are tailored to local needs in collaboration with the municipality.

Wood is a renewable building material that stores carbon dioxide throughout its lifespan. Additionally, constructing a wooden house requires less energy than producing concrete or steel structures, thus the choice of wood contributes to lower carbon emissions.
Your Responsibilities
Common tasks include ongoing property maintenance, handling and executing maintenance requests and minor repairs, scheduling and conducting inspections, maintaining ongoing communication and dialogue with contractors, tenants, and other external parties.

Your Background/Your Qualities
Experienced and self-sufficient in the tasks typically performed by a Property Manager/Property Technician.
Practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and technical operations.
Understanding of heating, ventilation, and property technology.
Strong service skills and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
