You like to collaborate with others and are meticulous and flexible. Since this is a physically demanding job, it is important that you are in good physical shape.

Your Role
As a property caretaker, you will primarily work with gardening and cleaning. Your tasks will include trimming, mowing, weeding, shrub care, cleaning outdoor areas, and maintaining cleanliness in our stairwells and laundry rooms. You are not afraid to try new things and are a team player when needed. You also possess personal maturity and are very responsible in your role as a property caretaker. You are flexible when required and open to learning new things.
You will help improve and change the daily lives of our tenants. You make a difference, both big and small, for people for many years to come. You are also taking on social responsibility.
Your Qualifications
• We prefer that you have knowledge and experience in property maintenance tasks as well as familiarity with the equipment used in daily work.
• A qualification in green space management is an advantage.
• Digital competence is desirable as we work with several digital systems and use mobile phones as a tool in our daily work.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
Employment Type
Seasonal employment, full-time, starting in April or May 2026. A background check will be requested.
