Our client is seeking an engaged and communicative Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the operation and maintenance of commercial properties for our client's customers. In this role, you will play a key part in creating comfort and security for tenants, with the opportunity to actively contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This role is central to ensuring a well-functioning and secure property environment. You will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and repairs, as well as actively contributing to optimizing property performance and energy efficiency. The role involves highly independent work and direct contact with tenants and partners. The position is based at Odenplan in central Stockholm and includes travel throughout the Greater Stockholm area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Property Maintenance Technician role involves maintaining and developing property functions and conditions. You will work with commercial properties, manage technical systems, perform maintenance, and serve as a key contact point for tenants. You will start the assignment with a two-week introduction, working alongside colleagues in the same team before being ready to work more independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing operation and maintenance of property technical systems, including heating, ventilation, electricity, and water
* Performing troubleshooting and repairs of technical installations and planning preventive maintenance
* Monitoring and optimizing energy usage through digital control and monitoring systems
* Managing operational logs and fault reports in digital systems
* Conducting rounds and technical inspections according to established routines
* Communicating with tenants and colleagues about technical issues and operational disruptions in a service-oriented manner
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has experience as a Property Maintenance Technician for commercial properties and/or housing associations and sufficient knowledge to work independently
- Has good knowledge of operational technology, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems
- Has basic plumbing knowledge for simple repairs of pipes, faucets, and radiators
- Is proficient with computers and digitally mature
- Communicates fluently in Swedish verbally and in writing
- Holds a valid driver's license (B-license)
- Can start and end work shifts from the operations office in Odenplan, central Stockholm
Additional merits include:
- Experience with fire alarms and sprinkler systems
- Certificates for hot work, high-altitude work, or SPA
- Education in property technology or property management
