Larssons Fastigheter is a family-owned property company that owns and manages properties in Borås, Sandared, Sjömarken, Gånghester, Dalsjöfors, Aplared, Ulricehamn, and Timmele.
Our properties contain approximately 430 apartments and 25 commercial spaces with a total area of around 32,500 square meters.
Our management goal is to provide a high level of service so that tenants feel satisfied, thereby establishing ourselves as an attractive landlord in the area.
We take a long-term approach to management and have been working on several renovation and investment programs in recent years, covering everything from laundry rooms and stairwells to fiber connections and facade renovations.
You will be responsible for multiple properties
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team with another maintenance technician, a service technician, a property manager, and an administrative assistant. Together with the other maintenance technician, you will have direct responsibility for the ongoing internal and external maintenance of all our properties.
This means you need to have both practical skills and the personal drive required to do an excellent job.
Your primary work tasks include:
· Exterior property maintenance such as lawn mowing, tree pruning, snow removal, leaf blowing, and gravel collection 3-4 days/week
· Weekly stairwell cleaning 1-2 days/week
· Annual comprehensive cleaning of entire properties, both inside and outside
When time and competence allow, you will also be able to perform minor renovation work in apartments.
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will constantly be on-site and have extensive contact with our tenants, often serving as our primary representative. This makes it especially important that you are a cheerful and positive person.
What you will bring to us
This is a job for someone with several years of property maintenance experience. Experience with basic painting, flooring, and simple carpentry is advantageous.
You are unpretentious, proactive, handy, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
We particularly welcome an open and positive person who takes initiative and can build good relationships with colleagues. You should communicate well in Swedish and have a valid driver's license (B-class).
