Claestorp is a beautiful and historic forest and agricultural estate with a rich cultural heritage, located in Sörmland outside Katrineholm. The estate includes forest, agriculture, energy production, hunting, and several rental properties, many of which are culturally marked. We actively work to preserve and develop the environment and create a well-maintained and sustainable place for both ourselves and our tenants.
Job Responsibilities:
* Carpentry and construction-related maintenance of our properties
* Interior and exterior property management
* Serve as a contact person for our tenants
* Opportunity to participate and influence future development projects
* Other property-related tasks as needed
About You:
* Experience in carpentry and maintenance work
* Interest in building preservation and cultural heritage
* Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and proactive
* Willing to take initiative and see the big picture
* Responsible and flexible in your work
* Able to step in where needed, even outside your primary area
* Driving license is mandatory
Machine operation skills are a plus
