About the role
As a property manager in the Stockholm region, you will be part of an experienced and dedicated management team that includes colleagues such as property technicians, technical managers, administrators, and regional managers. You will be responsible for approximately 20 facilities, mainly in Söderort – covering areas such as Segeltorp, Haninge, and Södertälje. The position is based in Segeltorp, with travel within southern Stockholm as a natural part of the role.
This role is suitable for you if you have a few years of experience in property management and wish to further develop in a broad role that allows you to combine technology, economics, and collaboration. You will work closely with operations and play an important role in ensuring that Bilia's properties function optimally for both customers and employees.
Main responsibilities
• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of a number of properties.
• Operational optimization in dialogue with property owners and operations.
• Procurement and project management of smaller constructions and installations.
• Budgeting and forecasting work, follow-up, and reporting.
• Maintenance planning and regulatory inspections.
• Participation in property projects.
• Supervisory responsibility towards technicians and suppliers (without personnel responsibility).
• Supplier follow-up and invoice management.
Who you are
• Relevant post-secondary education in property management, construction technology, or equivalent.
• A few years of experience in management or property operations.
• B driver's license.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have a good overall perspective, enjoy working closely with operations, and combine independence with natural cooperation with colleagues.
