About the Role
As a property manager in the East region, you will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and development of approximately 20 facilities where Bilia is a tenant. You will be the sole property manager on-site in the region, but will collaborate closely with colleagues in Stockholm and other parts of the property department. The role requires both independence and strong collaboration skills – you thrive when working solution-oriented and contributing to the team's collective development.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsibility for operations, management, and maintenance of multiple properties
• Operational optimization through dialogue with property owners and business operations
• Procurement, ordering, and project management of contractors and suppliers
• Budget and forecast work, result and cost tracking
• Maintenance planning and responsibility for official inspections
• Participation in property projects
• Close collaboration with environmental, quality, and workplace safety functions
• Vendor management and contract follow-up
The position is located in Norrköping, and you will work on-site a few days per week at Bilia facilities, including Bilia Trucks and the Volkswagen Group.
Your Profile
• Relevant post-secondary education in property management, construction technology, or equivalent
• Several years of experience managing business-adjacent properties/facilities
• Experience as a client with proven ability to work with contractors and suppliers
• Technical knowledge and interest, preferably in electrical, heating, and ventilation systems
• Comfortable conducting professional dialogues with property owners and business operations
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
