Property Manager for Siemens Energy Real Estate

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven property manager for a consulting assignment with Siemens Energy Real Estate. Here, you will play a key role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both strategically and operationally—working closely with the business and our tenants. About Us Real Estate is responsible for all properties utilized by Siemens Energy AB. You will become part of a dedicated team of three, which currently includes two property managers. Together, we work to create the best conditions for the business and our tenants. About the Role As a property manager with us, you will have a broad and varied responsibility, working on both strategic and operational issues related to the property portfolio. You will drive and coordinate the conditions for upcoming projects, manage contracts and rental issues, optimize space utilization, and, along with our two property managers, serve as an important contact person for both internal and external parties. The role also involves contributing to the development and streamlining of our processes and routines. Examples of Responsibilities * Management and development of the property portfolio * Project management and coordination of various property-related initiatives * Handling of rental and contract issues * Contact with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders * Documentation and administrative work related to property management Who Are You? * You have relevant education in property management, engineering, law, or equivalent. * You have at least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably from larger industrial or technology companies. * You possess good knowledge of rental law, contract management, and project management. * You are accustomed to working independently, taking initiative, and driving processes forward. * You are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally. * Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
