Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility Do you want to help develop the properties of the future within a global technology company? Siemens Energy Real Estate is now looking for an experienced and self-driven Property Manager to join our team in Finspång. Here, you will play a key role with significant responsibility and the ability to influence both strategically and operationally – in close collaboration with the business and our tenants. About Us Real Estate is responsible for all properties used by Siemens Energy AB. You will become part of an engaged team of three people, where there are already two property managers. Together, we work to create the best conditions for the business and our tenants. About the Role: As a Property Manager with us, you will have a broad and varied responsibility, working with both strategic and operational issues related to the property portfolio. You will drive and coordinate the conditions for upcoming projects, manage contracts and rental issues, optimize space utilization, and, together with our two property managers, be an important contact person for both internal and external parties. The role also involves contributing to the development and efficiency of our processes and routines. Examples of tasks: • Management and development of the property portfolio • Project management and coordination of various property-related initiatives • Handling of rental and contract issues • Contact with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Documentation and administrative work related to property management
Your Profile Who are you? • You have solid experience in property management, preferably from larger industrial or technology companies. • You have good knowledge of rental law, contract management, and project management. • You are accustomed to working independently, taking initiative, and driving processes forward. • You are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally. • You have relevant education in property management, technology, law, or equivalent.
