Your Responsibilities Do you want to help develop the future of real estate within a global technology company? Siemens Energy Real Estate is now seeking an experienced and self-driven property manager to join its team in Finspång. The role offers significant responsibility, varied tasks, and the opportunity to influence both strategic and operational matters in close collaboration with the business and tenants. About Siemens Energy Real Estate Real Estate is responsible for all properties utilized by Siemens Energy AB. As a property manager, you will become part of a dedicated team of three, two of whom are already working as managers. Together, the team works to create optimal conditions for the business and its tenants. In the role of property manager, you will have a broad and diverse area of responsibility. You will work with both strategic and operational issues related to the property portfolio, drive and coordinate project conditions, manage contracts and rental-related matters, and optimize space utilization. You will serve as an important contact person for internal and external parties and actively contribute to developing and streamlining processes and routines. Examples of tasks include: • Management and development of the property portfolio • Project management and coordination of property-related initiatives • Handling of rental and contract issues • Communication with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Documentation and administrative work related to property management Your Profile In this role, we expect that... • You have solid experience in property management, preferably from larger industrial or technology companies • You possess good knowledge of rental law, contract management, and project management • You are accustomed to working independently and driving processes forward with your own initiatives • You are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally • You have relevant education in property management, technology, law, or equivalent Application Procedure The position is initially a consulting assignment through us at Skill.
