Please read more at www.clockworkpeople.se About the Company We are now seeking an experienced property manager for a consulting assignment at Västerås City's Technology and Property Management.The assignment is full-time, starting immediately and extending through February 2026. Job Responsibilities As a property manager, you will work in the special housing department, responsible for a portfolio including LSS housing, care and nursing homes, and apartments. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for both leased and owner-occupied properties, including economic accountability, maintenance planning and follow-up, and maintaining close dialogue with tenants and operations. You will also participate in business planning, renovations, and tenant adaptations. Your Profile We are seeking candidates with academic education in construction or real estate, or equivalent work experience. You have strong skills in budgeting, financial statements, and economic analysis, as well as knowledge of lease agreements and delineation lists. Previous experience as a property manager is meritorious. You need excellent Swedish language skills, good computer proficiency, and a valid B driver's license with driving experience. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, and service-oriented. You easily create good relationships, are confident in your professional role, and have strong communication skills. You thrive working independently and can structure and drive your work forward.
