Randstad Norrköping is currently seeking an experienced and self-directed property manager to join the team in Finspång. At Siemens Energy Real Estate, you will play a key role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both strategically and operationally – in close collaboration with the business and tenants. In the role of property manager, you will have a broad and varied responsibility, working with both strategic and operational issues related to the property portfolio. You will drive and coordinate the conditions for upcoming projects, manage contracts and rental matters, optimize space utilization, and serve as an important contact person for both internal and external parties. The role also involves contributing to the development and streamlining of processes and routines. Real Estate is responsible for all properties utilized by Siemens Energy AB. You will be part of a dedicated team of three people. Together, the property managers work to create the best conditions for the business and tenants.
