We are now looking for a Property Manager who wants to take responsibility for the development of their own property portfolio and be a key person in our management organization.
About the role
As a Property Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for your properties. You will lead daily operations, work long-term on development issues, and ensure that the properties are maintained, managed, and developed in an economically sustainable manner. You will be part of the property department and work closely with other managers, technicians, and colleagues within the company. The role includes personnel responsibility.
Your main responsibilities
As a manager, you have overall responsibility for your property portfolio. You will work both strategically and operationally to develop the properties in collaboration with the company’s various support functions, monitor finances and operating net, and ensure that maintenance and investment plans are implemented. The role includes personnel responsibility where you lead, support, and develop your property technicians and are responsible for staffing and planning. You will also manage customer and tenant relationships, including contacts with HGF and local tenants, and represent the company in any disputes. Additionally, you will implement and follow up on contracts, conduct minor procurements together with the procurement manager, and ensure that regulatory requirements are met for the properties you are responsible for.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in leadership
• Technical understanding of property management
• Basic knowledge of property finance and property law
• Experience working in the property, construction, or contracting industry
Meritorious:
• Education in property management, property finance, or property law
• Experience in a similar role
