Property Manager for Consulting Assignment in Malmö
We are currently seeking a property manager for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Malmö. The client is a larger real estate company primarily focused on residential properties.
We are looking for someone with experience in residential management and preferably also in commercial premises. In this role, it is important that you can quickly contribute with inspections and ongoing management matters. The assignment starts immediately. We welcome your application!
About the Role of Property Manager
As a property manager, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical management of the portfolio in Malmö. You will work closely with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure that the properties function as they should both on a day-to-day basis and in the long term.
The role includes managing smaller maintenance projects, following up on inspections and regulatory requirements, as well as working on standard improvements in apartments. You will contribute to good customer service, a safe living environment, and efficient management. The role requires structure, initiative, and the ability to build strong relationships.

As a person, you are responsible, accustomed to taking your own initiatives, and driving them to completion. The work involves many varied tasks, so you must be structured and able to prioritize what is most important. You have good collaboration skills, are relationship-oriented, and enjoy having many contacts in your work. It is important that you feel comfortable meeting different kinds of people.
We also wish that you have the following qualifications and experiences:
• Post-secondary education in real estate or another relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in property management
• Good experience working with property management systems
• Proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
