We are now seeking an experienced property manager who will be responsible for part of our residential portfolio in Norrköping. As our new property manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management, leasing, and maintenance of several of our residential properties in Norrköping. The work will be conducted in collaboration with property caretakers, leasing agents, operations engineers, and project managers. Together, you will work closely with our customers to create safe and pleasant living environments and ensure a customer experience characterized by care and engagement. The role is broad and varied, involving significant customer contact and independent work to ensure profitability and value growth for the properties. You will be responsible for: • The properties' results, revenues, and costs • The technical status of the properties • The budget process for your properties • The customer process for your properties • Follow-up and support in the leasing process for your properties, in close collaboration with leasing agents To future-proof our buildings, we will be undertaking several renovation and maintenance (ROT) projects in the near future, and together with our project department, you will likely be involved in the execution of one or more ROT projects. Your placement will be at the head office in central Norrköping, and you will report to the Area Manager for Residential in Norrköping. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced property manager, preferably with a focus on residential properties and expertise in ROT projects. You have a post-secondary education in property management/technical management or equivalent, along with good knowledge of rental and contract law as well as the responsibilities of property owners. It is advantageous if you have project management experience, procurement skills, and negotiation experience. You are proficient in property economics, the Office suite, and business systems. To thrive and be successful in this role, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, are communicative, and have a strong ability to build relationships. You feel confident communicating in both spoken and written Swedish. We believe you can be described as quality-conscious, self-driven, and analytical. You are proactive and development-oriented, allowing your business acumen to guide you. A valid driver's license (B) is required for this position.
