Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed Property Manager for a global industrial company located in Ludvika. In this key role, you will be responsible for both leased and owned properties, working closely with operations to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable facility management. You will work extensively with budget responsibility, maintenance planning, and serve as a requirements specialist in construction projects. The role also involves daily contact with both internal operations and external suppliers.
Example of Work Tasks:
- Manage budget, follow-up, and financial reporting for multiple properties
- Be the primary contact for property owners and contractors
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with laws, directives, and internal guidelines
- Participate in project management, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives in property management
To Be Successful in This Role, You Need:
• Relevant education in property management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within commercial or industrial properties
• Experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Good negotiation skills and experience leading meetings and projects
• Knowledge of rental and contract law
• Experience developing and following up maintenance plans
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license
