JOB DESCRIPTION In your role at Stenungsundshem, you will be involved in: - Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and annual reports. - Participating in budget work, budget follow-up, and financial analyses. - Conducting VAT declarations and other regulatory reports. - Ensuring accurate accounting according to K3 regulations and implementation in the financial system. - Performing ongoing accounting. - Actively contributing to the development and streamlining of routines, processes, and working methods within the finance function. - Covering for areas such as rent administration and accounts payable when needed. QUALIFICATIONS As a Property Economist at Stenungsundshem, you have: - Relevant post-secondary education in finance, preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration. - Experience in qualified financial work, preferably within the real estate sector. - Strong knowledge of accounting and financial closing. - Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Knowledge of VAT management and regulations related to real estate. - Good system proficiency, preferably with Akribi/Fenix and/or Vitec Hyra.
