We Are Now Seeking an Analytical and Service-Oriented Property Controller for Bilia Do you want to work closely with the business and contribute to developing Bilia's property operations? Bilia's finance function is a Shared Service Center with approximately 60 employees, located in Solna. The finance function's ambition is to offer Bilia the best possible financial support. About the Role The position belongs to the finance function, and you will report to the Accounting Manager, but day-to-day you will work closely with Bilia's Property Manager and Administrative Manager in addition to accounting colleagues. Bilia offers you an exciting and social work environment with excellent development opportunities. Your workplace will be at Bilia's brand-new office in Haga Norra, Solna. Primary Responsibilities • Investment tracking/project accounting for Bilia's leased and owned properties. • Activation of property investments according to K3 accounting standards. • Administration and analysis of investments, lease agreements, etc. • Accounting responsibility for leased properties in Sweden, internal rent calculation, budgeting, and billing. • Budget responsibility for property costs in Bilia's operating companies and property management. • Follow-up & analysis of property results during monthly closing. • Provide documentation for annual financial statements, tax calculations, and activations related to property accounting. • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Who You Are • Business Administrator or similar post-secondary education. • Several years of experience working with accounting in the property sector. • Ambition to move into a controller role or already have experience in this area. • Requirement of strong knowledge in component depreciation (K3), property-related VAT, and tax handling of investments. • The work requires excellent IT skills and experience handling large data sets, particularly in Excel. • Good Swedish language skills with the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing. As a person, you are innovative, adaptable, and service-minded. In your work, you are analytical and can manage high-pressure periods without losing precision. You value collaboration and actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere. We seek someone who is confident in their accounting skills and can see the bigger picture.
