About this role

Job Description Are you a driven Facilities Manager seeking your next strategic and operational challenge? We at Oriola in Mölnlycke are now seeking an experienced and committed Facilities Manager who wants to lead and develop our property team and ensure that our facilities support the company's requirements and growth. As Facilities Manager, you will have a key role where you are responsible for leading, organizing, and developing the property function. You will ensure that we consistently meet high GDP and GxP standards at our facility, which is crucial for our operations. Your responsibilities extend from ongoing management, inventories, and security systems to operation, maintenance, and development of complex warehouse systems, automation, cranes, and production systems. You will be responsible for local fire protection work and establishing maintenance plans to secure property functions and validation. As a leader, you have full personnel responsibility for 3-4 employees, including recruitment and development discussions. Furthermore, you are budget responsible and have the authority to make ongoing decisions within the established budget. We actively work with the Lean philosophy, and you are expected to actively contribute improvement proposals to streamline processes. The role is partially operational and requires constant availability as you are responsible for emergency readiness for property and production system alarms. You report to your immediate supervisor and actively participate in the Site Operations management group. In the role of Facilities Manager, you will have a broad responsibility where your property management expertise meets an exciting environment with high quality and safety requirements, and we offer a position where you have direct impact on the organization's cost-effectiveness and business objectives. The role will support the facility in Mölnlycke, and you will report to Director, Property & Technical Management. For more information about the position or recruitment process, please contact recruiting consultant Simona Möller via email: [email protected] Responsibilities The role's area of responsibility encompasses both external and internal ongoing work with management, maintenance, and upkeep of properties and facilities. This includes areas such as management, inventories, warehouse systems, security, access systems, property and production systems, and associated FM services. In addition, this includes budget, employees, and related operational issues, such as: • Leading, organizing, developing, and following up work with management, maintenance, and upkeep of the property and facility in Mölnlycke. • Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements in our properties • Establishing, being responsible for, and following up on contracts belonging to the Property Organization • Participating in local fire protection work • Ensuring preventive maintenance of properties and creating maintenance plans • Responsible for property repairs • Ensuring the on-site Emergency Response Organization functions and has sufficient knowledge • Procurement of external services, such as service agreements, lunch hall/lunch orders • Following up on reception function management • Ensuring property systems function • Operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of warehouse systems, automation, cranes, tracks, and other handling equipment in the warehouse. • Operation, maintenance, and procurement of production systems and inventories for warehouse and office, such as shelving, crane warehouse, picking tracks, office furniture, environmental station, and lunch hall. • Validation of properties and facilities • Participating in Site Operations management group monthly meetings • Participating in improvement work according to Lean. • Other work tasks in the department Qualifications • College degree in property management or similar, alternatively equivalent knowledge obtained through other education and work experience. • Experience in personnel management positions from management, operation, and maintenance of properties and production facilities. • Negotiation skills when negotiating with suppliers regarding property management agreements • Knowledge of warehouse automation and PLC competence both as executor and client • Knowledge of security and perimeter protection related to properties and logistics • Good skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written We are seeking someone who is service-oriented and driven, with strong leadership abilities.
