Your Mission
As a Property Maintenance Worker with combined duties at Uppsalahem, you will be working closely with customers. You enjoy meeting people and radiate joy in customer interactions. You contribute to our tenants' comfort by keeping our property common areas clean and well-maintained while creating pleasant outdoor environments. This role is located in Uppsala's outer areas, providing a wide variety of tasks, including maintaining stairwell cleaning, managing outdoor environments, and performing minor repairs and corrective maintenance for our tenants.
The position will be based in the Eastern District, with primary work area in Storvreta.
Responsibilities include:
• Green area maintenance
• Pruning bushes and plants
• Snow removal during winter on weekends and weekdays
• Cleaning of stairwells, laundry rooms, and basement corridors
• Repairs and corrective actions for tenants
• Safety inspections
Who Are You?
We are seeking candidates who:
• Have completed high school education. Property maintenance education is meritorious
• Have previous experience with similar tasks and are comfortable operating machinery
• Possess a manual B driver's license
• Are fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
