As a Property and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our office and training facilities in Katrineholm and Nyköping function perfectly. You will make sure technology works, the environment is comfortable, and any issues are quickly resolved. Tasks vary – one day you might change a light bulb or adjust the heating, the next day you'll maintain technical equipment or help prepare for a conference. You will also coordinate work with contractors and suppliers.
About You
We are seeking someone with technical interest, who is solution-oriented and enjoys creating order and quality. You should be comfortable combining practical work with people contact and like providing great service. A B driver's license is required as you will work between our locations in Katrineholm and Nyköping (INSU provides the car).
