About Apoteket Lappugglan Here at Apoteket Lappugglan in Pajala, we are an important part of the community. The nearest pharmacy is nine miles away, which makes us a central actor for Pajala residents in both medications and advice. Two pharmacists and two self-care advisors work together to meet customer needs. Besides serving visitors in the store, we also contribute to Apoteket's e-commerce through remote order preparation. Working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's hours: weekdays 09-17. Your Role Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and customer needs in focus. In your role, you'll contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. You'll handle advice, prescription processing, and self-care, taking responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. What You Will Do: • Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of different needs. • Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do. • Share knowledge and experience with colleagues – we grow and develop together. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible help. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both daily work and customer experience.
