As a pharmacist at E-apoket, you won't have a traditional white coat, no conventional customer meetings, and you'll have the opportunity to focus extra on pharmacy work. The position is located in Norrköping.
Our pharmacists work on processing and finalizing e-commerce orders in a unique pharmacy environment with full focus on pharmacy services.
In our specially designed IT system, orders are managed from placement through pharmaceutical preparation to picking and packaging. In our case management, we handle orders that require further investigation. Our customer interactions occur via phone and email, unlike a traditional physical pharmacy.

A Typical Day for an E-apotek Pharmacist!
As a pharmacist at E-apotek, there are three stations that the team takes turns working at. The first is called regulatory and pharmacological control, where we review customer orders placed on the website and examine the customer's complete medication list. Here we look at things like dosages and interactions. Technical control is performed by E-pharmacists during picking checks, examining medication shelf life relative to usage time, applying dosage labels to packages, and forwarding orders to packaging. There, orders are packed into final packaging for the customer.
For orders with potential issues, there's a station we call manual handling. Here, E-pharmacists investigate the order and help customers with replacements if an item is out of stock. E-pharmacists also contact prescribers if anything needs to be clarified regarding the customer's dosage. Since we don't have the customer physically in front of us, we often have extra time to focus on pharmaceutical aspects in all parts of the process.

The pharmacy department consists of about forty pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. We're a tight-knit group with diverse pharmacy backgrounds, which means we have incredible opportunities to learn from each other. E-apotek is open Monday-Sunday, with varied work hours offering great opportunities for evening and weekend work.
Our hours are 06:00-23:00 daily.
