About Apoteket Laxen Here at Apoteket Laxen, you'll play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products within pharmaceuticals and health. Apoteket is located in the heart of Boden, right next to Stora Coop, and is a large pharmacy open every day of the year for Boden residents. To take care of all our customers, we are a wonderful team of ten pharmacists and four healthcare advisors who enjoy and support each other in everyday work. In addition to customer interactions in the store, we also contribute to Apoteket's e-commerce through remote order preparation. Work hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08-20, Saturday 09-16, and Sunday 11-16. Your Role Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and customer needs in focus. In your role with us, you'll contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. Your responsibilities include providing advice, processing prescriptions, and handling self-care, taking responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. What you will do: • Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs. • Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us. • Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and customer experience at our pharmacy. Who are we looking for? For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmaceutical specialist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines. • You are an experienced pharmacist or recent graduate – we know that different experiences and backgrounds make our team stronger. • You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer. • You enjoy collaboration and contribute positively to the team. • We believe you thrive in a context where structure and results go hand in hand.
