About Apoteket Källan Welcome to Apoteket Källan in Skåre – a pharmacy with close ties to healthcare and a strong team focus. We are two pharmacists who work closely together and have a close collaboration with Apoteket Björken, which is part of the same pharmacy group. Here you'll have a varied workday where you are involved in all aspects of pharmacy work – from prescription handling to self-care and inventory management. Since we don't have a dedicated self-care advisor, you as a pharmacist actively work in self-care, which provides a broad and developing role where you can utilize your entire competence. Two days a week, you are also responsible for the pharmacy as the sole pharmacist, which gives you the opportunity to take greater responsibility and further develop in your professional role. The pharmacy is located inside the health center, right by the reception, which provides us with a natural and close collaboration with healthcare staff. We also share a lunch room with the health center, which contributes to a collaborative work environment. Work hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00-17:00, with a lunch break. Your Role Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and customer needs in focus. In your role, you handle advice, prescription processing, and self-care, taking responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. What you will do with us: • Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs. • Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us. • Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy. Who are we looking for? For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.
