About Apoteket Välsviken Welcome to our pharmacy in Välsviken shopping park in Karlstad – an accessible and vibrant location with high customer traffic. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 10:00-17:00. Your role Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer’s needs in focus. In your role with us, you will contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. You will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, taking responsibility for security and service in every customer interaction. What you will do with us: • Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's diverse needs. • Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do so that our customers can feel safe with us. • Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together. • Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and customer experience at our pharmacy. Who are we looking for? For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medication. • You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies. • You have a particular interest in self-care, digital advice, quality, or mentoring. • You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer. • You enjoy collaborating and positively contributing to the team. • We believe that you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
