About the Workplace This position is for a nurse at Villan Eslöv. We provide special housing for adults over 21 with various mental and social disabilities or dementia diagnoses. The unit offers special housing and short-term placement services under different legal frameworks. Our focus is to provide residents with person-centered support to strengthen their social, psychological, and practical abilities. We consistently use low-affective approaches. Work is guided by individual implementation plans based on each individual's resources and needs. We offer healthcare, nursing, habilitation, and rehabilitation up to the professional responsibility level of licensed nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. About the Position As a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care interventions. You will be part of the care team focusing on residents' participation and influence to achieve their goals during their stay. You are also crucial in the organization's and your colleagues' skills development, as you will educate and guide care staff when needed. You'll be part of a nursing network within Humana's healthcare organization. Primary responsibilities include: - Independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions - Managing and tracking documentation and incident reports - Participating in new resident admissions and delegating healthcare tasks - Working closely with care staff and providing guidance as needed Who Are You?
