Then you are the right person for us! We are seeking two new employees. Together, we can improve Gävle. The Recruitment Unit is located at Ruddammsgatan 27. Our team consists of 19 employees and a manager. As a foster care secretary, you will primarily recruit and investigate different types of service providers, focusing mainly on foster homes and/or contact families. Other key tasks include drafting contracts and addressing financial inquiries. As a foster care secretary with us, you will belong to the Authority Office, which works closely with Welfare Gävle’s investigation units. We offer significant and exciting tasks with independent professional responsibility and a broad network of contacts. You should have experience in documentation, be able to express and articulate yourself well in both speech and writing, and possess good reading comprehension. Since the job involves travel, a valid driver's license (B category) and driving experience are required. Previous experience with child welfare and/or foster care investigations and experience in recruiting foster homes is an advantage. Familiarity with the IT system Treserva is desirable. You have the ability to prioritize what is necessary, are efficient, and utilize resources effectively to achieve results. You are humble in your collaboration with others.
