**Your Responsibilities**
• Guide and support foster homes based on the LIKA model
• Ensure the child's needs, safety, and development
• Collaborate with social services, schools, healthcare, and other stakeholders
• Act as a clear care coordination function
• Documentation and follow-up based on LIKA's management system
• Contribute to method development and quality assurance in the organization
• On-call duty
**Qualifications**
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent behavioral science degree
• At least 3 years of experience in social care / working with children and youth
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
**Desirable Qualifications**
• Experience in public authority work
• Experience in trauma and neuropsychiatric work
• Experience in working with intervention programs in schools
• Experience in providing structured supervision
• Further education in family therapy
