We have a significant need for families willing to open their home to youth with experiences of criminal behavior, risk patterns, or destructive behaviors – young people who need a new chance in a safe and stable environment.
We are seeking families where an adult has experience or training that can make a difference, such as:
• Social work, education, treatment centers, or correctional services
• Conversational methodologies like MI, CBT, or trauma work
• Other settings involving work with youth in vulnerable situations
Support and Training
As a foster family with us, you will receive supervision, training, and close support from our consultants. You will become a crucial part of a young person's opportunity to change their life.
Compensation
We know the most important aspect is having your heart in the right place and the desire to make a difference. Simultaneously, you will naturally receive fair compensation for your important assignment.
We offer:
• Monthly compensation starting at 28,000 SEK
• Additional expense coverage of approximately 6,500 SEK per month
