JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to make a difference for children and families in Skurup Municipality?
We are now seeking an engaged family therapist for our outpatient care focused on children aged 0-12 and their families.
About the position
As a family therapist, you will be one of two working with the younger target group, but you will collaborate closely with other colleagues who primarily work with youth aged 13-18. The work mainly takes place during the day, but to meet the families' needs, we also offer treatment in the evenings, approximately two evenings per week.
You will work both on assignments from authorities and with cases that come through our Advice and Support function.
We value good collaboration; we often work with two therapists together and sometimes also with a youth coach.
Our treatment work is based on system and attachment theory, and we use a relational approach.
Our working method and development work
• We work preventively in collaboration with schools, preschools, and other stakeholders.
• Skurup is one of 34 municipalities that have received funding for Early Coordinated Efforts, which means we are developing collaboration models with preschools and schools.
• We offer parent education based on, among other things, the Safety Circle and ABC, as well as CAP groups.
• Documentation is done in the journal system Journal Digital.
• You will receive a thorough introduction, close supervision, and external guidance for quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Social Work or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of system and attachment theory
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
• B driver's license (requirement)
• Desirable: Experience in treatment work, Safety Circle, CAP leader, or similar
