The workplace is primarily in Stockholm County, but nearby municipalities may also be relevant. We receive our assignments from social services.

Nytida Barnvärket focuses on families with children aged 0-16 years. We work with enhanced parental support in families with dysfunctional behavioral patterns, such as conflicts, behavioral problems, school issues, inadequate supervision, or lack of care. We can assist families where parents need to strengthen their caregiving or attachment abilities, their mentalization skills regarding their child/children, where there are risks to children's health and development or potential psychosocial problems, and offer support to parents who need to strengthen their parental role and social integration.
We work to reduce dysfunctional patterns and improve family functions. Our intervention is always based on the child's developmental needs and aims to strengthen relationships between children, teenagers, and their parents. We focus on reinforcing the positive aspects of the parent-child relationship.

About the Role: Our work is based on a systemic approach, and you need to be a social worker with further education, or alternatively a psychotherapist, psychologist, or similar.
In the role of family pedagogue/family therapist with us, you'll utilize all your personal "skills" and creative sides. This is to create good conditions for achieving the alliance necessary for a positive developmental process in treatment work.
You'll have freedom with responsibility, with colleagues and a manager always available. Since the work mostly involves "solo work," we're seeking someone independent. To provide the best conditions for you as an employee and ensure collegial supervision, we have group meetings once a week and internal and external supervision.
Your immediate manager is the Operations Manager.

Our operations are located in Stocksund, where we hold group meetings, supervision, etc.
A driver's license is required as the work involves travel with geographic spread. After completing the probationary period, you have the opportunity to apply for a company car.
