After the turn of the year, we will start working in our new unit, First Line Social Services, where we gather all functions working preventively and early. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a treatment provider, you will provide interventions without assistance assessment and contribute to supporting children and young people at home and in their environments. Our unit will be new, and you will be given the opportunity to suggest new ways of working. Within the unit, we aim to reach more individuals earlier and simplify contact with social services. Using Signs of Safety as an approach, we help children, youth, and their networks discover and use their own resources for positive development. You will contribute to developing supportive and treatment interventions for children, youth, and their parents/networks.
The position includes, among other things:
• Counseling and support, individually and in groups
• Treatment interventions for children, youth, and guardians
• Leading group activities
• Documentation responsibility
As a treatment provider, you will work together with colleagues or independently. We collaborate with other social services activities and external actors.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with a social work degree or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience in psychosocial change work and have relevant training in treatment methods and motivational interviewing. It is meritorious if you have experience working in individual and family care and/or with evidence-based methods. We particularly welcome previous experience and knowledge of Signs of Safety. A B driver's license is required as you will use a car in the service. You should have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in the Swedish language. Since you will be working with individuals under 18, a police register extract will be requested from the person offered employment.

You have the ability to notice others' perspectives and give everyone space in the group in a way that benefits the whole. You have the ability to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively while adapting your communication to the situation and target group. You see and use networks as a natural part of creating and developing relationships with clients and in internal and external collaboration. You take responsibility for your tasks, drive work forward, and have the ability to quickly make independent decisions. Working hours vary and are based on the needs of our children, youth, and families.
