**Description**
Take the opportunity to contribute to our outpatient care team! We are currently seeking a therapist to join the outpatient services in Norberg, focusing on children and their families, due to a parental leave.
As a family therapist, you will be part of the Children and Family unit. The unit consists of five social workers, one foster care secretary, one intake secretary, and three family therapists. The unit also includes short-term and leisure services for children who belong to the target group for LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a family therapist, you will work closely with the entire social services office to support families in Norberg who are in need of the community's utmost assistance.
Norberg is a small municipality with quick decision-making processes and transparency between authorities and politics, which has contributed to good collaboration in meeting children's needs.
**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include, in addition to collaboration, engaging with families and individuals in need of the community's most significant interventions. As a family therapist in Norberg, you will work based on evidence-based methods to empower individuals towards independent living.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is experienced in meeting people in difficult situations and can quickly adapt to the work. You collaborate well with others and contribute to positive cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a solution-focused approach and work family-oriented to ensure that children can live at home under good conditions. You work evidence-based and utilize methods to provide high-quality support to families in Norberg.
Education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or social pedagogue is advantageous; however, personal suitability is highly valued. Experience in outpatient care or other forms of social work is also a merit.
**Conditions**
